Human rights and privacy issues can present across all areas of life – employment, education, housing and accessing public services. They can be complicated to navigate on your own, especially when the stress stakes are high. We help people through these difficult times because we have the understanding and expertise needed to achieve the best outcome.

How can we help?

We represent people facing human rights and privacy issues. This could be in the workplace or when you apply for a job, or when you are looking for a house to rent, at school or university, or dealing with government departments. Whatever your issue, we’ll journey legal pathways with you and reach a resolution.

Who is this service for

No one should be refused services, lose their job, be harassed, or be treated unfairly because of who they are. Everyone has the right to be treated fairly and to have their privacy respected – no matter who you are or what you may have done – and everyone has their own level of understanding and coping with legal issues. We are a voice of representation and reason for all. And if an allegation is made against you, we pivot to what’s best for your situation, helping you through it with the least possible cost and harm.
