I instruct David Fleming, Lawyer, trading as “Fleming Singleton Law” to act for me. I understand that the attached terms of engagement will apply to work done on this matter, and to any future matters I may instruct Fleming Singleton Law in relation to, unless otherwise agreed.

I agree to the hourly rates listed, and confirm that I will pay all fees and charges by the due date. I understand that I may be charged interest on overdue balances. I understand that unpaid invoices may be referred to a debt collection agency, and that I will be liable to pay additional costs of collection.
